Tools Students Need to Engage in Online Learning

Diversity and inclusion. It’s a rising topic on the minds of academic leaders. The pandemic highlighted many inequalities in the current learning environment. For K-12 students who were suddenly forced to do their schoolwork from home, this meant that the digital divide was something that could no longer be ignored. The digital divide, or lack of access to a device or internet connection, impacts approximately 30% of K-12 students according to the “2021 Trends in K-12 Education Report” from Hanover Research.
